michelada time!

Winter blahs call for a little something spicy and delicious ( especially when we're attempting to channel the mexican beaches of Manzanillo). Enter, the michelda.


A twist on the bloody, and colorful with a little kick, we are happy to introduce this as our new sip of the moment.




















To concoct :
  1. Rim a glass with a fresh lime wedge
  2. Swirl it around in wonderful Tajin salty goodness
  3. Press a few limes, for a 1/3 lime juice
  4. Fill glass 3/4ths full with beer
  5. Add Clamato ( tomato and clam juice)
  6. Adjust to taste
  7. Add the view (ok, just picture it)

and Slrrrp!
